Important Notice on Additional Charges and Caution Money 

Parents are informed that the standard School Fees, Boarding Fees, and Mess Fees do not cover certain supplementary expenses. The following charges, as applicable, shall be borne separately by parents:

  • Annual gathering and cultural events

  • Sports activities and competitions

  • Picnics and educational excursions

  • External examination fees (Olympiads, Drawing, various competitions, scholarship tests, etc.)

  • Stationery, uniforms, shoes, and other personal requirements

  • Cosmetic and personal-use materials required for the daily boarding routine

  • Major medical expenses incurred during the boarding stay

  • Damage or loss of school property (library books, lab equipment, sports gear, furniture, etc.)

  • Any additional event-based or optional activities

Such expenses may be deducted from the student’s Caution Money. Parents are required to maintain a minimum balance of ₹5,000 in the caution deposit at all times.

All additional charges will be communicated in advance through official school channels.
