Learning
"The winners of the 21st Century will be those who can transform themselves into a wheel - which is lean, mean, highly maneuverable and can drive on any terrain, with any vehicle, and in any climate," said Peter Drucker the Father of Business Management. EPS’ curriculum revolves around this concept!

The training process begins at the age of 7 when teaching forms strong inner images in the child's mind along with working on the various forms of his/her active artistic creativity.
To facilitate this, classroom learning is made enjoyable with multiplication tables learned with the help of rhythmic walking and skipping; while nature is studied through characteristic gestures and movements of plants and animals. Children learn by imitating everything and everybody.

Learning Through Experience
During the second stage of learning, emphasis is placed on ‘doing’ — where students actively engage with the world around them. The hand is trained to be skillful, and the eye learns to observe relationships, proportions, and measurements. The earlier play-way method naturally evolves into an experiential learning approach, where children encounter real-life concepts and phenomena, gaining the ability to work confidently with materials, tools, and specimens.

Nurturing Intellectual Maturity
As students enter adolescence, the intellect begins to take center stage. This is a transformative period where the learner moves from polarity to contrast, from analysis to synthesis — progressing from understanding concepts to integrating them into broader perspectives.
Ideas that were once analyzed for comprehension are now synthesized to form judgments and conclusions. At this stage, students are encouraged to work independently, cultivating critical thinking and individual judgment through research, dissertations, projects, seminars, and viva presentations. This phase represents the culmination of the thinking process, where learning becomes deeply reflective and self-driven.
